Terms of services

1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: To respect our community, classes must be canceled at least 3 hours in advance. Late cancellations or "No-Shows" will result in the loss of the class credit or a fee, as  specified in your membership tier. 

• Late Cancellation: Less than 3 hours notice will incur a $10 fee. 

• No-Show: Failure to attend without notice will incur a $15 fee. 

2. Membership & Payments: All memberships are billed via auto-pay. To cancel a recurring member ship, a 30-day written notice is required prior to the next billing cycle. 

3. Studio Etiquette: Please arrive 10 minutes before class. For safety and the experience of others, late  entry may not be permitted once the music starts. 

4. Conduct: Vibra Studio AE reserves the right to revoke studio access for any conduct that is disruptive  or inconsistent with our community values. 

5. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms 

• Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from  Vibra Studio AE, LLC ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include  appointment reminders, class updates, account alerts, promotional offers, and customer support  follow-ups. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. 

• Message Frequency: You may receive up to 4 messages per week. Message frequency may vary  depending on your activity and interactions with us. 

• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to  your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging  plan. 

• How to Opt Out and Get Help: You can unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time by replying  STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation  message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the  original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any  of our messages.
